Reaching SampaCarioca: a clear limit

SampaCarioca Publishing does not publish an email address. On a small independent site, a public address attracts automated messages and promotional pitches in numbers that crowd out ordinary correspondence. An inbox that cannot be read consistently still encourages people to expect a response. The publication avoids that false signal by saying directly that no mailbox is available.
